Plot twist: I was the skeptical one

Here's my story:

From startup chaos to corporate boardrooms, from Silicon Valley madness to global teams. The whole journey from Xi'an to Palo Alto and everywhere in between.

I've built strategies, led teams, navigated acquisitions, pivoted products.

I've been the person in the room translating not just languages, but entire ways of thinking.

But here's what all those experiences really taught me:

Success without connection feels hollow.

Achievement without understanding feels empty.

And sometimes the most strategic thing you can do is slow down and ask "What do I actually want?"

Like the characters in "The Best of Youth" — my favorite film — I believe our most profound growth happens through the relationships we build and the care we extend to one another.

That Italian masterpiece showed me that compassion isn't soft.

It's revolutionary.

So yes, I bring all that corporate experience to our conversations. But more importantly, I bring curiosity. Genuine care. And the absolute belief that you already have everything you need — sometimes you just need someone to help you see it.
